Bella had been waiting patiently for me to paint her; she wanted to remind us to help one another & to be grateful of all we have around us.

Sketching her in 2020 & then painting her in 2021. I seemed to be using lots of blue at this time, which represents introspective journeys & symbolizes wisdom & depth of understanding – It can also symbolize depression & the depths of human psyche – All of this seemed very apt considering what we were dealing with at this time.

Then heading into spring 2021 with new beginning looking ahead to more positive times. Bluebells symbolize gratitude, humanity, also constancy with everlasting love.
