I loved painting these Wings – The healing energies are amazing – Feeling these as they came into be painted I again sat with three colours – The Blue became the most dominate colour here – I could feel it in my throat, Blue is the colour of your Throat Chakra – Feeling their energy – Communication – Speaking your truth – Being heard, sometime we speak but are we being heard – Blue also being Water, our Emotions, how are we feeling – 60% of the human adult body is water – I could feel myself wanting to breathe deeply.

Consciously breathing is an ideal way to release any stagnant energy held within our body – Breathing in for four counts & breathing out for eight can help you relax, take control of your fear, calm your mind – I knew these angelic wings had to be called ‘Air & Water’ Breath & Speak your Truth – My paintings come through to me as an energy, I sketch what I feel & then I usually see three colours – They have beautiful healing energies, which are held also within the prints, many of my customers have confirmed this, which is so lovely to hear.
